Cancellation Policy

• For full refund, the cancellation of the booking must be requested at least 48hrs before the date of arrival.

• If you request cancellation within 48hrs from the date of arrival and your original booking is for 4 nights or less then unfortunately you will NOT get any refund.

• Any group booking more then 4 nights need 2 weeks notice of date of arrival.
• Please make sure you give valid credit card details while making booking. If your credit card is declined then your booking will be cancelled without notice. It is customer's liability to give valid credit card details and make sure the payment is processed successfully from their credit card for a booking confirmation.
• If you do not "check-in" or "show up" at Rockfield Motel on the date of arrival and do not cancel your booking then your credit card will be debited with total amount of the original booking you made.
• Rockfield Motel recommend all guests to have relevant travel insurance protection to protect them against unforeseen events and cancellation penalties.

Lost Property

• All items left in the unit or reception for any reason and not claimed before 1 month will be disposed
